All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, on rare occasions a product may become unavailable after you've placed your order. If this happens, we’ll contact you immediately and offer an alternative or full refund.
We do our best to display our products as true-to-colour and detail as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of certain items.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice. Once your order is placed, the price is final and will not be adjusted for future promotions.
4. Payments

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for our full return policy. Items must be returned in original condition, within 14 days of receipt, and meet the criteria outlined.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in quality-checking and packaging your order. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this site—including images, graphics, logos, text, and product designs—belongs to Hippy Luxe and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
