We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns with heart.

🌸 Our Returns Policy

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

  • Must be in resalable condition

  • Sale items, earrings and beauty products are final sale for hygiene reasons

💌 How to Return

  1. Email hello@hippyluxe.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with instructions and our return address

  3. Send your item back via a tracked service

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or process your exchange

🚫 Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

✨ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item—so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll get it sorted ASAP.
